Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support our onsite project management team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, coordinating tasks across multiple teams, and assisting in the smooth execution of client projects and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in scheduling, tracking, and organizing tasks.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure project information is clear and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other partners as needed.
  • Help with onsite project and event setup, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Maintain organized project files and internal tracking systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project management team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelors degree preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work onsite in Los Angeles.
