We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to support business requirement gathering, documentation, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements .
Prepare BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories , and workflow diagrams.
Analyze data using Excel and basic SQL to support business decisions.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance).
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
Maintain accurate project and business documentation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, MBA, Information Systems , or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
Basic understanding of SQL .
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
