Job Description

Careerscape is recruiting for a Burlington medical center that needs a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage clinical trials and research studies. You'll recruit participants, collect data, and ensure studies follow protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and screen potential study participants
  • Obtain informed consent and enroll eligible subjects
  • Coordinate study visits and procedures
  • Collect and document research data accurately
  • Monitor participant safety and report adverse events
  • Ensure compliance with research protocols and regulations
  • Maintain study files and regulatory documents
  • Collaborate with principal investigators and research team
  • Communicate with study sponsors and monitors

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of clinical research coordination experience
  • Knowledge of GCP guidelines and FDA regulations
  • Strong understanding of research ethics and patient safety
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail for accurate data collection
  • Good interpersonal skills for working with participants
  • Proficiency with electronic data capture systems
  • CCRP certification preferred but not required
