Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen potential study participants
- Obtain informed consent and enroll eligible subjects
- Coordinate study visits and procedures
- Collect and document research data accurately
- Monitor participant safety and report adverse events
- Ensure compliance with research protocols and regulations
- Maintain study files and regulatory documents
- Collaborate with principal investigators and research team
- Communicate with study sponsors and monitors
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
- 2-4 years of clinical research coordination experience
- Knowledge of GCP guidelines and FDA regulations
- Strong understanding of research ethics and patient safety
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data collection
- Good interpersonal skills for working with participants
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems
- CCRP certification preferred but not required
