At Terabase Energy, we believe that digitalization and automation will drive the next wave of innovation and cost reduction in large-scale solar. To fully unlock the potential of this opportunity, Terabase is developing an interconnected software and construction automation platform. We work alongside project developers, owners, and engineering & construction firms to support the design, optimization, and construction of huge solar projects around the world. Our team is a blend of solar industry veterans and newbies, thought-leaders, dreamers, software, electrical, and mechanical engineers, coders, product managers, project managers, and sales and marketing professionals. Responsibilities

  • Participate in (internal and external) talent acquisition across business units including: stakeholder management, talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate experience, job offers, feedback collection.
  • Build talent pipeline; proactive sourcing for technically skilled candidates, create and nurture relationships with external talent sources, and keep on leading edge of best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with finance on budgets for new hires, coordinate on reporting on open requisitions and track time to hire in the system.
  • Manage the usage and adoption of the ATS as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent blend of education and work experience in our industry.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Understanding of the software industry, solar industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of contemporary recruiting and employment practices and their strategic and operational implications.
  • Strong planning, coordination, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships with hiring managers and working partnerships with a broad range of people.
  • Enthusiastic promoter of all things Terabase to both internal and external hires.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a base salary of $105,000 – $125,000 (DOE)

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each posted range, individual pay is determined (and may be greater or higher),dependent on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
