Gastroenterologist
Location: Casper, WY
The Staff Pad has partnered with a physician-led, private equity–backed gastroenterology group to hire Gastroenterologists in Casper, Wyoming. This established practice offers both hospitalist and clinic/ASC opportunities with flexible scheduling and exceptional earning potential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing GI platform with strong operational support, a collaborative physician culture, and access to a wholly owned ambulatory surgery center.
Hospitalist and outpatient/ASC roles available
Flexible scheduling (7 on / 7 off preferred for hospitalist roles)
Bread-and-butter gastroenterology; ERCP welcomed
Wholly owned ASC plus hospital coverage
Dedicated Medical Assistant support
Limited travel to satellite clinics (minimal overnight travel)
Clinic: 1 day or 2 half-days per week
ASC: 2–3 days per week
Admin time available (remote-capable)
Call schedule 1:4
Base salary $600,000–$700,000/yr
Annual signing/retention bonuses up to $50,000
Productivity-based compensation (50% of collections above base)
Income potential $650K–$1M+

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure
