Logan A/C & Heat Services  in  Dayton , OH is looking to hire an HVAC  Service Tech Trainee . Are you looking to get into a trade, but don't have experience? This is the perfect, entry level position to jump  start your HVAC career  at Logan Services! 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shadow and assist Service Technicians with service, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Attend in-house training sessions
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions 

QUALIFICATIONS   

• Ability to comfortably interact with customers 
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team player attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
