Guide customers to the right vehicle and explain features, benefits, and promotions
Handle questions, objections, and complaints with empathy and tact-turn problems into wins
Operate the point of sale accurately; manage transactions and balance the drawer
Maintain a clean, organized showroom with sharp displays and signage
Hit and exceed sales goals with professional follow-up and cross-selling
Keep up-to-date on Kia product knowledge, services, and store policies
HS diploma or Associate's degree
Retail or automotive sales experience preferred (we'll train strong rookies)
Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and positive, team-first attitude
Clear communicator who can read, write, and do basic math
Able to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
