Monroeville Kia (PA) is growing and we're looking for driven Sales Associates who love taking care of customers, learning the product, and winning as a team. If you're reliable, coachable, and hungry to make serious money, this is your shot.

• Greet every guest, listen actively, and deliver an exceptional experience

• Guide customers to the right vehicle and explain features, benefits, and promotions

• Handle questions, objections, and complaints with empathy and tact-turn problems into wins

• Operate the point of sale accurately; manage transactions and balance the drawer

• Maintain a clean, organized showroom with sharp displays and signage

• Hit and exceed sales goals with professional follow-up and cross-selling

• Keep up-to-date on Kia product knowledge, services, and store policies

• HS diploma or Associate's degree

• Retail or automotive sales experience preferred (we'll train strong rookies)

• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and positive, team-first attitude

• Clear communicator who can read, write, and do basic math

• Able to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
