Support internal and client-facing communications to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and organize meeting notes, reports, and project documentation.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, presentations, and events.
Communicate updates and follow-ups between departments and clients.
Maintain organized records and tracking systems for project communication.
Help the team respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
Provide general administrative support to the communications and project management teams.
High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelors degree preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
