Job Description

Title: Network Engineer with CCIP or CCIE

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: Until September 30, 2016

Interview Mode: 7 AM to 12 PM EST via Phone & Skype

Start Date: First week of December 2014

Responsibilities:

• Network Performance Analysis and Tuning
• Designing and configuring network devices
• Resolving on-call issues
• Managing cross-stream technical dependencies
• Suggesting improvements for performance monitoring
• Handling change management processes
• Working with third-party vendors for product or link issues
• Remote installation and configuration of network devices
• Managing clustered and load-balanced environments
• Working with various network products from different vendors

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Network Administration
• Technical Certifications: CCNP, CCIP, CCIE or equivalent
• Experience with WAN Optimization devices (Riverbed)
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, WAN optimizers, wireless LAN
• Strong networking experience with enterprise MPLS
• Knowledge of service provider networks, VPN, and MPLS VPN
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of ITIL framework, DNS, firewalls, proxy load balancing, IDS/IPS
• Willing to work US business hours and provide on-call support
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Proficient in planning and designing network environments
• Experience with monitoring tools
• Professional, flexible, and organized with good interpersonal skills
