Wound Care Nurse Practitioner – Paid Training & Certification Included
Twin Cities Physicians (TCP)
Compensation: $105,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits.
Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area.
Schedule: Full-time, weekday rounding model.

This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to develop deep expertise in wound care while maintaining a broad clinical scope. TCP fully covers the cost of wound care training and certification , providing long-term career growth in a highly respected specialty.

What you’ll do.

• Provide hands-on wound care services to residents in senior living communities.
• Assess, treat, and monitor acute and chronic wounds with a focus on long-term healing.
• Deliver primary and preventative care to a geriatric patient population.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing teams.
• Communicate regularly with facility staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Document clinical encounters efficiently within an established rounding workflow.

What we’re looking for.

• Active Minnesota Nurse Practitioner license.
• Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, wound care, or senior care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for rounding between communities.
