About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead the operations of our skilled nursing facility in Granite City, IL. This individual will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and driving positive outcomes for residents, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.

  • Lead and mentor department leaders and staff to maintain a culture of quality care, teamwork, and professionalism.

  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and support organizational growth initiatives.

  • Ensure resident satisfaction by fostering a resident-centered environment and addressing concerns promptly.

  • Maintain strong relationships with families, clinical teams, corporate leadership, and community partners.

  • Support recruitment, retention, and staff engagement efforts.

  • Implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure survey readiness at all times.

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required.

  • Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator strongly preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to drive positive operational, clinical, and financial outcomes.

  • Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration.
