Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Picker Packer to join our team at a uniform manufacturer facility. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, specifically in picking and packing roles. They must be capable of working on their feet for the duration of their shift and able to lift up to 20lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specified guidelines and standards.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and packaging to meet customer expectations.
• Utilize warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient operations.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and restocking shelves.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production goals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with a focus on picking and packing.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
