Job Description

Job Summary: As a Personal Trainer/Health Coach at Anytime Fitness Ramsey, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals. You will provide personalized training sessions, create customized workout plans, and offer nutrition guidance to help our clients reach their desired results. You will work on a part-time basis and will have the opportunity to earn both a base pay and earn commission based on the number of clients you train and sales of training services. There is opportunity for growth with this position. Compensation & Benefits: This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $16 to $28. You will be paid biweekly and will have the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions. As an employee of Anytime Fitness Ramsey, you will also have access to our facility and all the amenities it offers. Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients, as well as small group sessions.
• Create personalized workout plans based on clients' goals, fitness level, and any health conditions.
• Provide nutrition guidance and support to clients.
• Demonstrate exercises and proper form, while ensuring clients' safety.
• Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals.
• Keep track of clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
• Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
• Utilize our gym software to schedule sessions and manage client profiles.

Requirements:

• Current certification in personal training (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
• CPR & AED certification.
• Previous experience in personal training or group fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition and ability to provide guidance to clients.
• A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
