Program Manager (Sr. General and Operations Manager) Position Description: Network Runners is seeking a Program Manager (Sr. General and Operations Manager) to support the US Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) Finance and Budget Division Financial Support Services. The DHS S&T Finance and Budget Division supports S&T by efficiently managing financial resources to maximize S&T’s ability to deliver on its mission to strengthen America’s security and resiliency by providing knowledge products and innovative technology solutions for the Homeland Security Enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Act as the single point of contact (POC) for contract management.
- Manage the progress of performance on all tasks.
- Ensure the provision of quality and timely deliverables.
- Serve as the single POC for all deliverables and issues.
- Track all tasks defined by the contract and government staff.

- Program Management Support
- Travel Management and System Support Services
- Bankcard Program Management and Support Services
- Conference Management Support Services
- Internal Controls/Financial Audit Services
- Executive Support
- SharePoint and Records Management Support
Specialized Experience: - Minimum five (5) years of direct supervision of a government financial support program is required.
Minimum Education / Experience / Requirements: - Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in managing and executing complex or technical efforts as well as providing advice and counsel to both government and support staff.
- B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited college or university required. MBA, MA, or MS Degree preferred.
- Must pass Department of Homeland Security (DHS) suitability.
- Possess excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
