Beloform is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects. Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities to ensure timelines, deliverables, and goals are met
Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Facilitate communication between teams, departments, and stakeholders
Identify potential risks or delays and assist in implementing solutions
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership
Ensure project standards, processes, and workflows are followed consistently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working with project tracking tools and documentation
