Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist
We are looking for a licensed and driven real estate professional who wants to learn to specialize in acquisitions while building a consistent and profitable business. This opportunity is designed for individuals who thrive in a results-focused environment and want to earn rewarding commissions while working directly with a producing real estate team supported by structure, coaching, and proven systems.
You will learn to collaborate closely with experienced producers, identify acquisition opportunities, and build strong relationships with homeowners and investors. Through hands-on exposure and clear processes, you will learn how to analyze properties, structure offers, negotiate effectively, and move transactions from initial conversation through closing with confidence.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

Responsibilities:
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Find acquisition properties
• Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
• Investment property lead generation
• Investment property lead follow-up
• Listing appointments
• Investment property buyer and seller sales
• Execute appointments
• Sales talk
• Close sales
Qualifications:
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• A real estate license is required
• Great communication
• Sales experience
