What you'll be doing:

• Lead by Example: You aren't just directing traffic. You are working the grill, running the register, and serving food alongside your crew.
• Operations: Handle opening and closing procedures, place inventory orders, and manage the store's cleanliness.
• Financials: Manage cash handling and drive to the bank to make store deposits (personal vehicle required).
• Team Development: Train new hires, motivate the crew, and handle customer service issues with a cool head.
• Support the GM: Act as the right hand to the General Manager, stepping up to run the ship when they are away.

What we need from you:

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience (Restaurant, Retail, or Customer Service leadership).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for bank runs.
• Availability: Flexible schedule (we will partner with you on scheduling, but open availability is preferred).
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (standard restaurant supplies).
