Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within our establishment. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to an outstanding experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous.
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
