Job Details: 

• We offer a clean and organized shop environment.
• Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, and closed on weekends. 
• Perfect opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual who is looking for long-term employment by working in a very busy, but relaxed shop atmosphere.
• We are looking for a positive individual who is cheerful, friendly, and enjoys learning new things while maintaining premium customer service to be a part of our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining good communication between the shop and the customer.
• Monitoring customer records to check for regular scheduled servicing or future work and contacting customers to arrange appointments.
• Releasing repaired equipment to customers and explaining work completed with costs accrued, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Good pay based on experience/production.
