Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow Scrum Master to lead our agile teams in delivering ServiceNow solutions that drive operational excellence. The Scrum Master will act as a servant-leader for one or more ServiceNow development teams, ensuring agile principles are followed, impediments are removed, and collaboration is optimized across IT, business stakeholders, and the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant-leader for ServiceNow development teams, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and ensure clarity of user stories.
- Track and report team progress, velocity, and key performance metrics.
- Ensure the team follows agile best practices and Scrum framework.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration with other Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support adoption of ServiceNow best practices, workflows, and platform capabilities within the team.
- Identify and address risks or dependencies affecting delivery.
- Assist with coordinating UAT, deployments, and change management in alignment with ServiceNow processes.
