We’re a skilled nursing facility specializing in psychosocial rehabilitation for people living with severe mental illness, and our approach is simple: recovery happens best in a community built on trust, authenticity, and hope.

What You’ll Do - Build real, lasting connections with residents and their families
- Support residents in an individual and group setting that sparks hope and progress
- Create and carry out person-centered recovery plans
- Partner closely with nurses, psychiatrists, and rehab therapists in a truly collaborative environment
- Support residents through skill-building and community reintegration
- Play a key role in contributing to a recovery oriented environment and culture
- Keep accurate records to ensure top-quality care
What We’re Looking For - Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years of behavioral health experience
- Licensed or registered with the CA BBS (ACSW, AMFT, APCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (within 60 days of hire)
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
Pay & Perks - $36–$42/hour for unlicensed clinicians
- $42–$48/hour for licensed clinicians (geographic adjustments may apply)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, walk, bend, push, pull, squat, kneel, and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to reach frequently, twist, and do simple and power grasping. The position requires manual deviation, repetition and dexterity.
