Job Title: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Worcester, MA
Position Type: Full-Time | Contract
School Year: 2025–2026

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our partner school district in Worcester, MA for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year . This is a full-time, onsite, school-based contract position .

Responsibilities

Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in providing therapy services to students.
Support the implementation of IEP goals and therapy plans.
Conduct individual and small-group sessions under SLP supervision.
Collect and maintain student performance data.
Prepare materials and assist with documentation as required by the district.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and therapy teams to support student communication needs.

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts SLPA license (or eligibility).
Previous experience in a school setting preferred (not mandatory).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
