The Wellness Nurse plays a vital role in supporting our residents’ health and well-being while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for residents and their families. This position requires a licensed nurse with reliable transportation to assist with off-campus evaluations when necessary. The Wellness Nurse serves as the clinical point person for new resident move-ins- creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a smooth, compliant transition for both residents and the clinical team. When not collaborating with the sales team and prospective residents, the Wellness Nurse partners with medication technicians to ensure full compliance with medication administration and regulatory standards. This individual will also educate and support non-licensed team members, drive quality improvement initiatives, and model exceptional customer service. We have been a leader in senior housing for over 30 years, but we are not content to rest on our reputation.
