The Administrative Bookkeeper is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role combines general bookkeeping duties with administrative support to ensure accurate financial records, timely payroll processing, and effective accounts receivable (AR) management.The position will work closely with internal staff and CaptiFi, our outsourced bookkeeping team, during and after the transition from our current bookkeeper. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys structured processes, and takes ownership of recurring financial tasks.
