Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews (5–15+ workers)
• Run daily jobsite operations for re-roof, tear-off, and new construction
• Install and oversee TPO, PVC, BUR, foam, and metal roofing systems
• Read and execute blueprints, specs, and scopes of work
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and fall protection requirements
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety inspections
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents
• Track labor, materials, and progress (Raken, Procore, or similar)
• Train crew members on installation, safety, and tools
• Manage punch lists and support project closeout

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience; 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role.
• Proficiency in at least three commercial roofing systems: TPO, PVC, BUR, metal, or foam.
• Experience with flat and low-slope commercial roofing installations.
• Strong blueprint reading, layout, and jobsite coordination skills.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on commercial rooftops.
• Comfortable working at heights, on scaffolding, and in active construction environments.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions including heat, sun, and wind.
