What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance or millwright role.
• Mechanical fluency and the ability to read and apply blueprints/schematics.
• Comfort with the tools and test equipment used in repair and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and tenacious problem-solving ability.
• Self-starter who also contributes well in a team setting.
• Effective communication and a safety-first mindset.
