We seek a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team of hospitality professionals. If you have prior luxury hotel experience or refined customer service skills within the hospitality industry, we invite you to apply. This full-time position includes both morning and evening shifts with a start rate of 25.00 hourly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• excellent customer service.
• making reservations via phone call.
• processing payments and deposits
• Responsible for running night audit report.
• Responsible for Front office cleanliness-organizing the office and restocking items
• Assisting with all guest requests before or while in-house promptly
• Assist with late arrivals and early departures; paperwork, car, luggage, concierge assistance, walking guests to their accommodations, etc.
• Assists with other tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
