Restaurant Manager (MacDill AFB) Location Tampa, FL (MacDill AFB Area area) :

Simple Choice Hospitality has partnered with Focus Group Services, LLC (FGS), a licensed partner of Panda Express, in their search for great Restaurant Managers.

FGS is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their licensed Panda Express team. The company is growing and many of the company's locations are situated within military bases with shorter operations hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure quality customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base.
• Manage the restaurant budget and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supervision:

• Oversight of 12-18 team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
