Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Indian Coastal Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our Indian coastal restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian coastal cuisine and a proven ability to manage daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards

• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams

• Maintain excellent guest relations and handle feedback professionally

• Ensure food quality, authenticity, and consistency in collaboration with the kitchen team

• Manage schedules, inventory, ordering, and cost control

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Support marketing initiatives and help grow the business

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Indian coastal food, ingredients, and traditional flavors
  - Previous restaurant management experience (Indian cuisine preferred)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
