Designing and implementing OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
Document Template Design and Integrating OmniStudio Components
Salesforce Platform Knowledge (Salesforce's data model, SOQL, APEX, LWC and integration capabilities)
Salesforce CPQ Knowledge (with complex product offerings and leverage this platform, encompassing both the technical and functional aspects of Salesforce and OmniStudio)
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce declarative customization - Custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, process builders etc
Agile and SAFe Knowledge
