JOB DUTIES

• Collaborate closely with game designers and artists to experiment with and refine the visual style.
• Partner with the project lead to ensure high-quality assets are delivered on schedule.
• Develop concepts and designs for various game elements, such as characters, environments, and props.
• Produce high-quality 2D art for in-game assets.
• Oversee deliverables to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Offer constructive and clear feedback to external artists.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a concept artist or 2D artist in the gaming industry.
• Strong skills in researching and gathering reference materials to fuel creativity and address challenges.
• Capability to design characters, environments, and props across diverse themes and styles.
• Proficiency in adhering to the project’s established artistic style.
• Skill in creatively solving visual challenges through rapid sketching.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork.
• Deep enthusiasm for game development.
• Able to work on-site with us.

Bonus Qualifications

• Strong drawing and rendering ability.
• Mobile game developing experience.
• Familiar with 2D Animation or VFX experience, like Spine, AE, Flash, etc.
