Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs document requirements and ensure that they are accurately captured and communicated.
• Support the testing of new systems or changes to existing systems to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Evaluate existing business processes identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Create detailed reports dashboards and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze business data to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects ensuring that requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements processes and project progress.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Required experience level 0-2 years

• Understanding of relational databases.
• Ability to translate business questions into data questions.
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to examine work critically.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
