As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate , you’ll be on the front lines of in-person marketing campaigns—representing brands and nonprofits, engaging directly with customers, and helping drive the success of our clients’ outreach efforts. Whether promoting a product at a local event or supporting a nonprofit activation, you’ll build valuable skills in communication, customer engagement, leadership, and sales .
Represent clients at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns
Engage customers, answer questions, and communicate brand messages clearly
Execute face-to-face sales and promotional campaigns
Assist with lead generation, customer acquisition, and donor engagement
Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and optimize performance
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and leadership development programs
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Comfortable engaging with people in fast-paced environments
💰 Weekly pay: base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
