Hampton Inn & Suites Northwest is hiring for FT and PT Front Desk Agent.

**INTERVIEWS WILL BE SCHEDULED AFTER APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN FILLED OUT ON PROPERTY**
FT : 4-5 8hr shifts a week, PT : 2-3 8hr shifts a week.
Applicant must be EXTREMELY reliable, responsible and dependable. In order for us to run a smooth operation it is very important to have our employees show up to work on time and for each scheduled shift.
Applicant must exude customer service and be willing to go above and beyond for each guest.
Shifts available include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, NIGHT AUDIT 11p-7a. If interested in Night Audit, we are willing to cross train you to learn that shift as well.
Looking for an applicant with open availability, can work each day of the week and has no schedule conflicts.
Shift responsibilities include but are not limited to making reservations, changing reservations, canceling reservations, checking guests in, checking guests out, cleaning the lobby and suite shop areas during your down time, answering the phone, etc.
Applicant must be fast and friendly in all guest interactions. Applicant must be able to work with a computer.
Applicant must be organized.
Starting wage is $14 to $16/hour. Potential increase after 90 days of employment. Pay increases with experience. Wage increase for the Night Audit Shift.
No experience is required. All training is done on the job.
