Position Overview: Our company is seeking an experienced graphic design professional with a strong financial services or insurance marketing background to join our marketing team. In this position you will create brand-aligned visual assets that support our marketing initiatives, enhance client engagement, and maintain our company's professional and trusted image. Work location: This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative designs for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website assets
• Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials
• Create compelling infographics, reports, and client-facing materials that effectively communicate key messages
• Create videos for social media use and for our corporate website
• Be accountable for maintaining and updating the website
• Develop strategic visuals that support business objectives
• Work within brand guidelines while contributing fresh, creative ideas to enhance our visual storytelling
• Collaborating with other marketing team members to bring ideas to life
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, while meeting company deadlines and adjusting to shifting priorities
• Stay current on design trends, industry standards, and compliance requirements specific to financial services and insurance

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science degree
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the financial services, insurance, or professional services industries
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Video software, WordPress, HubSpot or other similar digital marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of corporate branding, typography, and design principles
• Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proof of a portfolio showcasing high-quality corporate design work (especially for financial or insurance clients)
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in future

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 depending on the candidate's experience

The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
