Job Details:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of restaurant or leadership experience
• Education: No specific education requirement
• Location: 1082 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335 (Brandywine Square Shopping Center)
• Pay: Base$14.00/hr Up to $16.67/hour (Base + Tips + Weekly Bonus)
• Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
• Shifts: Flexible scheduling (Days, Nights, Weekends)

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift: Direct the crew during peak hours to ensure orders are accurate and fast.
• Hands-On Management: Master every station (Grill, Fries, Prep, Register) and step in where needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure every burger and fry meets our high standards before it reaches the customer.
• Coaching: Help train new crew members and provide real-time feedback.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain food safety protocols and keep the restaurant spotless.

The Pay & Perks

• Total Pay Potential: Up to $16.67/hour
• Includes Base Wage + Tips (Avg $2.00/hr) + Performance Bonus.
• Weekly Bonus: Opportunity to earn an extra $20.00 per week based on performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 to 2 years of previous job experience (food service preferred).
• Reliable transportation to arrive 15 minutes prior to shifts.
• Ability to communicate clearly and loudly in an energetic kitchen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
