Senior Sales Recruiter
Lionbridgeis seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team andsupport hiring across Sales, Go-to-Market, and Revenue-generating roles. Thisrole partners closely with Sales leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR partners toplan and execute targeted recruiting strategies for high-impact sales talent.The Senior Recruiter owns the full lifecycle recruiting process and isaccountable for delivering strong hiring outcomes while providing anexceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Deep knowledge of salestalent markets and an established sales network are strongly preferred.
What YouWill Do
Partner with Sales leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements, align on success profiles, and execute effective sales recruiting strategies
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Meet and exceed recruiting performance goals including time to fill, quality of hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate
Leverage sales labor market expertise to identify the most effective sourcing channels, outreach strategies, and messaging to attract high-performing sales talent
Build and maintain proactive, role- and region-specific sales talent pipelines while providing talent market insights to inform hiring and workforce planning decisions
Foster trusted relationships with sales candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teammates
To BeSuccessful You Will Have
5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Sales, Go-to-Market, or other revenue-generating roles
Proven success partnering with Sales leaders as a trusted talent advisor
An established network of sales professionals across roles including Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Solutions Sales
Experience leveraging a range of sourcing and talent marketing methods including social and professional networks, job postings, referrals, and targeted candidate outreach campaigns
Experience applying GenAI and advanced recruiting technology to identify, engage, and convert high-performing sales talent at scale.

Competitive pay based on the work you will do here and not your previous salary. Expected Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 per year + a structured Corporate Bonus Plan.
