Summary:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
• Clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
• Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines

Qualifications: 

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable 
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
